Or you can call Lakeside Primary Care, PSC - LPC 606.341.1339 let them know you’d like to schedule an appointment with the therapist. They will write your information down and inform me you have contacted them. They however cannot schedule the appointment but they can let me know and my admin Brittany Lee will schedule you.

Breast cancer awareness month: Lakeside Primary Care participates in raising awareness in breast cancer. We strongly encourage ladies to do their monthly “self-breast” checks and maintain their annual mammograms. Our work family was recently hit hard with this devastating disease. We would like to honor these ladies and every other woman who has fought this fight. 🩷

Chrystal Daugherty, ARNP, comes to LPC with over 17 years experience in the nursing field. She resides in Pulaski Co with her husband Danny where she enjoys spending time with her 6 children and 5 grandchildren. She is an avid sports fan. Chrystal is currently accepting new patients!

We would like to welcome Amber Ball, APRN to our team. Amber is the wife of Trey Ball and currently resides in Whitley City. She has worked urgent care for the past 3 years with the last 2 spent at the “walk in” clinic in Monticello. Amber is currently welcoming new patients.
