Evening Physical Therapist

FLEXIBLE DAYS AND HOURS

Purpose of Position

This individual is responsible for ongoing patient assessment, intervention, communication with physicians, an other members of the professional staff, and for appropriately implementing treatment plans to support short and long term patient goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures that each patient has undergone an initial evaluation and that services provided by MultiCare Therapy Center are appropriate in meeting the patient's needs.
Ensures that ongoing utilization of resources is appropriate to meeting patient's needs during implementation of the treatment plan.
Abides by the policies and procedures of MultiCare Therapy center in providing clinical care, observing infection control practices, patient rights, patient safety, maintaining and caring for equipment, and documenting records of patient care.
Able to demonstrate skills as per skills checklist for physical therapists.
Qualifications

New Jersey Licensed Physical Therapist
Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy
Some physical therapy experience preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply)
