BANFF Centre Mountain Film Festival Seacoast will be back at the Rochester Opera House on October 1, 2026. When working with the Opera House, we needed to move the date to next fall. Pictured below is a clip from "Bridgers" by Ian Avery Leaf. We anticipate ticket sales starting in spring of 2026.

Dr. Segil will be joining us soon and brings nearly 30 years of experience as a board-certified OB/GYN and will be caring for patients at both Families First Health Center in Portsmouth and Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth.
With deep expertise in urogynecology, complex pelvic surgery, and menopause management, Dr. Segil is passionate about helping women at every stage of life feel their best. His leadership will help us expand access to high-quality, compassionate women’s health care across our region, and build upon the excellent women’s health services that have been the hallmark of our clinics since their inception as prenatal care centers.
