Dr. Alison demonstrates a pec stretch using a foam roller. Carefully lie on the foam roller vertically and rest your arms out to the side. Make sure your head is supported to not strain your neck. Try different angles higher or lower to feel a better stretch. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.

✨ Let’s take a look back at 15 years of SPT! ✨

Dr. Dan Lombardi opened the doors to SPT in 2011 at 255 Rt. 108 in Somersworth, and in 2017 he moved to a much bigger space at 7 Works Way where our Somersworth clinic is still located.

In 2025 he and Dr. Katie Rolfe expanded again to the Dover community at 15 Durham Rd, we will be celebrating one year in this location just next month!

Over the past 15 years we have treated thousands of patients in the Seacoast community, attended many Apple Harvest Days, participated in community events and 5ks, had several Thanksgiving food drives, had lots of fun dressing up for Halloween and ugly sweater day, attended staff weddings, and have enjoyed many staff outings and holiday parties!

We could have never made it 15 years without the support of our community, our patients, and of course our incredible staff!!

THANK YOU for an amazing 15 years, we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
