Mobility Monday
Dr. Megan demonstrate a lower trunk rotation stretch to improve mobility in lumbar spine and hips. Lying on your back, slowing rock your knees to one side and the other 3x10.

Dr. Veronica demonstrates a variation of last week’s Thoracic Extension stretch, this time using a foam roller. Extend back arching over the foam roller at each level between shoulder blades and perform 2x10.

Mobility Monday
Dr. Veronica demonstrates the seated thoracic extension stretch. Sitting in a chair, extend your upper back over the back of the chair, hold for a moment and return to upright position. Perform 2x10 to improve thoracic mobility.

Dr. Katie demonstrates another stretch for thoracic rotation, this time using a foam roller for the Thread the Needle stretch allowing greater rotation. Try 2 sets of 10 each time.
