Dr. Kirsten demonstrates a kneeling hip flexor stretch. Start in a half kneel position, tuck your hips under and lean forward on your front leg to feel a stretch in the front of your hip and quad. Hold for 30 seconds and switch to the other side.

Dr. Alison demonstrates the Cat Cow stretch! Start in quadruped position and arch your back looking up to the sky, then round your spine and tuck your chin looking down towards your knees. Do 5-10 reps at a slow pace to improve thoracic mobility!
