These classes are led by a coach in training as part of a collaboration between Wellness Blueprint and The Phoenix. The classes are designed to train, mentor, and evaluate emerging virtual coaches while helping experienced coaches sharpen their skills. 

By attending and submitting feedback within an hour after class, you play a direct role in developing these coaches and raising the standard of the program.
