Our middle window logo:
The Greek Evil Eye — the Mati — continues to watch over our space as a quiet guardian. It absorbs what no longer serves us and transforms it into positive, revitalizing energy, released back into our studio through the symbolic rays of the sun. Supported by olive branches, it works gently and unseen, reminding us that even darkness can be reshaped into light.

This symbol stands for wisdom, protection, and the belief that intention can turn challenge into clarity. May our safe space here at Yoga Odyssey remain a place of healing, strength, and renewal—guiding our community toward good health, peaceful minds, and lives filled with purpose and fulfillment for many years to come.

Happy Valentines Day
The creation of our Yoga Odyssey logo depicts or mission and commitment.
Our ‘Y’ in the center of the logo was designed as a two-toned stick figure person to represent acceptance. In today’s world more than ever, it is extremely important to embrace each other – not despite our differences, but because of them. By opening ourselves up to people who may have a background that we may not entirely understand, we allow ourselves the opportunity to learn and to become citizens of the world. But making judgements based on character rather than on ancestral differences, we will come to appreciate the uniqueness of each of earth’s corners and cultures and spread love through each of its communities.
The arms, in particular, of our ‘Y’ figure are reaching over head in a firm yet protective manner. This is to represent each of our comfort zones. We all deserve a space in which we feel safe and secure to explore our boundaries and push our limits without fear of judgement or comparison. That’s what Yoga Odyssey hopes to give you. And, over time, you’ll see your arms start to spread – your window of tolerance will expand and your comfort zone will grow broader than you ever thought possible. Even so, no matter where you are in your odyssey, we remind you that you can always return to your shelter, grounding yourself in a moment of effortless relief.
Our logo’s ‘Y’ is surrounded by a large ‘O’ – the odyssey that defines our lives. Our odysseys are unique, though, and not for one moment are they still. So, the ‘O’ is highlighted by hot and cold earth colors, depicting the ups and downs of each of our journeys – the adventures and stories that make us the strong and wise individuals that we are. It represents a form of self-growth that never ends and reminds us that our odysseys are everchanging and that we are never done evolving.
Now that you understand what Yoga Odyssey represents and what our logo symbolizes, look to our studio for guidance. Consider bringing acceptance, security and growth into your practice – perhaps as an intention or perhaps as a thought – and allow it to spill over into all other aspects of your life.
