Social distancing is the theme of the week and possibly of the month. While I agree that it’s important to flatten the curve and stay away from crowds of 50 people or more, I feel it’s important to share some important facts that can help you during this time of fear and uncertainty.
First of all, I can help.

There are things you can do to help yourself.
I want to encourage you not give up your daily exercise, keep meditating, doing breathing exercises, be consistent with your vitamins, make it easier on your body by eating lower on the food chain with a plant based diet and
continue or add a weekly massage.

ACID FORMING Habits
All flesh foods, animal foods and dairy products
Sugar and simple carbs
Chocolate
Soda and most carbonated waters
Table salt
Coffee and acidic water
Vinegar with the exception of apple cider vinegar.
STRESS
Alkalizing Strategies:
•Breathing exercises, meditation, exercise,
manage your stress.
•Miso soup or soup with miso as it's base is a potent alkalizer.
•Daily green leafy vegies; sautéed, steamed, boiled, raw, ie. broccoli sprouts, kale, wakame, watercress, hijiki and arame seaweed, etc.
•Bathe with apple cider vinegar; a cup and a half per bath.
•Epsom salts baths, magnesium sulfate; a few cups per bath.
•Drink natural alkaline spring water
(Mountain Valley, Fiji, Icelandic, Volvic,
anything over 7.35.
•CHEW well!
•Finish meals with a small amount of brine pickle or sauerkraut to alkalize.
