You don’t have to be grateful for everything just be present in it. What if we allowed ourselves to sit with, rather than avoid discomfort. Mindfulness and therapy teach us to sit with and resist the urge to avoid, which can allow us to more fully connect with the moment.

The Guest House:

Mindful Life Therapy LLC est. 2012, is a group therapy practice located right in Somerville. We specialize in many things, including anxiety, trauma and parenting. We are passionate about providing skills and space to help individuals navigate the complexities of modern life. We are a team of five experienced and compassionate clinicians who hold a range of credentials and educational backgrounds.
