Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of the students that were impacted by the tragic shooting at Brown. Many of you have reached out. My daughter, Makayla, is safe and will be heading back home soon. You will see her in the office over the holidays. I am overcome with grief as I think about the other parents that were also awaiting their child’s return home after finals.
Mental health is a problem in America. Many spend time condemning religion and the thought of God. Without God, there’s no hope. Unfortunately, hopeless people tend to contribute to these tragic circumstances. I sincerely pray that the students families find some comfort. My heart goes out to you.
