Thank you to PeerView Educational series for the opportunity to share the passion for sleep medicine! 🩺👨🏻‍⚕️🥼Creating awareness about 💤🛌😴 sleep disorders in primary care with the webcast " Waking Up to OSA: Empowering Primary Care Providers for Early Detection" have been a very fun experience! The webcast should be available next month and I can't wait to share and the implementation of AI experience as part of the activity 🤓! It's the shortest night of the year... it's Insomnia Awareness Night 2025! 💤😴🫩🛌 Chronic insomnia is characterized by difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, frequent awakenings, and daytime symptoms that occur at least three times a week for at least three months. Most importantly, awareness of the availability of treatment like cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is available with sleep providers nationwide. 🥱🩺🧑🏼‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️
