For Winter Solstice and beyond...

Hello Soul Family! ***Do this TONIGHT***

I wanted to share my "cosmic water" practice with you. Winter Solstice and incredibly powerful and rare alignments are happening right now that if we sync up with them we will benefit even more by aligning our cells with these BIG COSMIC MOVEMENTS.

Many people are feeling, frayed, distracted, chaotic, tossed about, so this is a tool and practice that you can incorporate into your life with ease and things you already have in your home that will get your cells playing and dancing with the cosmic mystery again.

You need:
1. Glass Mason Jar with lid, or Large Sun Tea Jar - THE BIGGER THE BETTER RIGHT NOW - OR 2
2. Filtered, distilled, or spring water
3. The Night Sky

Method:

Fill at least one but as many glass jars as you like with clean water, close and seal the lid. Put Jar out overnight where it will be exposed to the night sky, stars, and planets. If you don't have an outdoor area - put your water on a windowsill that has the greatest exposure to the night sky and leave it out overnight.

VOILA!! That's it! You have made cosmic water.

How to use:
This will be strong water. You can dilute water intuitively (to feel how much pure cosmic water your system desires or needs) with other filtered water and drink it in the morning or throughout your day.

This simple water practice connects your cells to cosmic energy allowing the intelligence that exists in everything to communicate the universal influences that our human mind cannot comprehend directly to your cells.

Benefits:
It keeps us aligned with "divine/spiritual/cosmic" timing. Information that takes literally light years to reach the physical form can be transmitted instantly when we drink this water.

This practice has the potential to vastly increase your intuitive "claircognizance" (clear knowing) sense. When done regularly, you will notice a BIG difference in your connectedness to your body and the events that are happening around you without feeling knocked about.

It focuses on strengthening the upper body while learning how to properly engage the core to protect and control each movement. What you need is a pull up bar (or other mounted fixture) and resistance bands!

We have decided to postpone the Spring Equinox Conscious Clearing event happening Saturday at 10:00 AM due to COVID-19. While Sonoma Healing Boutiuqe is above and beyond the recommend hygenic pre-cautions we feel good about offering this class online, allowing more people to participate due to social distancing recommendations.

I am here to remind you that Venus, or the Goddess Aphrodite, rules over Friday’s. She brings love, fertility, and when needed, war and strength.

On Thursday’s, our growth is exemplified. Our limbs are given the chance to blossom, our liver is allowed regeneration, and our kidneys are able to function at their highest capacities.

One thing that all of these have in common (and yes, plants too) is the need for water. We are all of the earth and we all need the nutrients and replenishment that water offers. Drink plenty of it my friends and allow your best self to blossom!
