TAI CHI with Alex Sutherland 🍂
Moved to First Sundays • 12:00 - 1:00pm • November 2, December 7, January 4, and February 1.

All welcome!

This Yang style Tai Chi Long Form class will begin with a standing meditation and a discussion of Tai Chi principles. Then students will be shown a posture / posture's to practice, where they will receive verbal and physical instruction.
To end, we will review the health and martial applications of techniques learned.
Our hope is that students will be able to practice Tai Chi for about 15 min a day when they are not with us in studio! This is for all levels. 🙏

Very very excited for this Saturday's YOGA FLOW with Barbara!!!
