Nurture your inner child, embrace self love, and heal gently through the seven chakras. A holistic journey to ground, awaken, and become your most authentic self while learning about the 7 main chakras. Each class will end with a crystal bowl sound bath.

When sound meets your soul.

Soul Frequency was a beautiful opportunity energetically to meet yourself past, present and future within our book of life through the Akashic Records.

We came together and held space for one and another and then poured into self through the stillness on our mat as we allowed the sound and frequency of the crystal bowls wash over our bodies.
