What a beautiful free gift offering of wellness Standard FIT 💝

Happy December!!!! It is WILD to think that we are almost done with this year!!

The 1 Pound Challenge is back! Hop on that scale, record your weight. On the first of January, do it again. Your goal is to not go UP more than 1 pound. :)

December happenings:
Every Tuesday at 11 a.m.: Yoga with Annie
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 p.m.: TRX with Jenn
The first 3 Tuesdays at 3:45 p.m.: Mobility and Movement with Desiree

**These classes are open to the community at large as our gift to YOU!!**

6th: Yoga with Denise at 9 a.m.
13th: Adventure Crew Hike at 10 a.m. at Dragoon Gulch
17th: Self Defense Class at 5:30 p.m. $10/members, $20/non-members
20th: Yoga with Denise at 9 a.m.

Let's end this year fiercely!!! :)

Join us on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 1:00–3:00 PM at Standard F.I.T. Gym & Wellness Center for an afternoon celebrating health, balance, and community.

Come explore the Gym, our NEW Wellness Space, meet our team, and enjoy an afternoon filled with connection, relaxation, and fun!

• A chance to meet our Wellness Team and tour the new spaces

🍁 2:45 PM – Raffle Drawings in the Gym (including the Grand Prize Basket!)
