Sometimes prayer isn’t just words.
It’s a soft place your body can finally rest.

When you pray, your nervous system may begin to feel safe again.
Your breath slows.
Your body settles.

You’re not broken if you’ve felt tense or overwhelmed.
Your body has been trying to protect you.

And gently… it can learn peace again.

God meets you there—not with pressure, but with presence.

Here are 3 simple ways to begin:
1️⃣ Be gentle with yourself. It’s okay to rest and feel your feelings. You’ve been through a lot — you don’t need to rush.

2️⃣ Talk to someone safe. Healing is hard alone. Find one person, group, or coach you trust and be honest with them.

3️⃣ Remember what God says about you. When shame gets loud, go back to what Jesus says — you are loved, chosen, and never forgotten.

You don’t have to heal fast. You don’t have to heal alone. And you don’t have to believe the lies trauma told you.
