Colon hydrotherapy (also known as colon cleansing) is a gentle process that supports your body’s natural elimination. It’s relaxing, effective, and requires no downtime — you can go right back to your day afterward.
Before your session:
💧 Hydrate well
Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment to support your body’s natural flow and comfort during your session.
🕒 Plan about 60–90 minutes
Your appointment includes time for preparation, treatment, and comfort — but there is no recovery downtime afterward. You can return to your normal routine right away.
🥗 Eat light the day before
Choose light meals or juices if possible. Avoid heavy or hard-to-digest foods such as beans or cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli or cauliflower).
🚫 Limit fluids 1–1.5 hours before your session
This helps prevent bladder discomfort during your treatment — it’s one of the most important prep steps.
