During their residency, oral and maxillofacial surgeons receive extensive training in related medical and surgical disciplines such as general surgery, plastic surgery, internal medicine, critical care medicine, anesthesia and pathology. As a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Bouchoucha manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, jaw, teeth and facial regions. With 25 years of experience, Dr. Bouchoucha practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to reconstructive and corrective jaw surgery and facial surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial injuries, and fractures, facial pain and TMJ.
