From January 2–31, we’re inviting you into Gentle Nourish — 30 days of simple, supportive self-care.
The New Year often brings pressure to go faster, do more, and set big resolutions. But this season tells a different story. In Chinese medicine, winter is a time for rest, restoration, and conserving our energy — a time to listen inward rather than push forward.
Each day, we’ll offer a gentle invitation via stories. Let it inspire you, guide you, or simply spark your own version of care. It might be something tiny or more involved, quiet or creative — whatever you have the capacity for that day 🤍
Self-care looks different for everyone and changes day to day. Even the simplest acts can deeply honor your body and nervous system when they’re done with intention.
