It's always good to look ahead, but flashbacks help us realize how far we've come. I'm grateful for all the ups and downs to life as it strengthens and humbles me as a mom and founder of two streams of businesses.

Why I started Peace Roots 🌿😔🙏👇roots.apothecary was created by ME; Reflexologist, and mother of two, Kat Romett.
Being a mom of two boys, one with more extensive needs, I understand the importance of 'caring for the caregiver'.

In a world of stress & chaos, it is so important to create peace & wellness inside, so you can then create peace in the stress filled environments you walk in daily.

Finding all natural & safe ways to create peace & health is the perfect way to start your body on a journey to fulfilled self care.

Why do we use MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE as opposed to magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in all of our magnesium herbal therapeutic creams? 👇
According to some reports, magnesium chloride is absorbed transdermally in just 90 seconds. The only faster way to absorb magnesium is intravenous. Transdermal magnesium doesn't make a journey through the stomach and into the small intestine to be absorbed, which may be why it acts so fast.

Magnesium CHLORIDE is more bio available than it's counterpart magnesium sulfide (Epsom salt). It's a pricier ingredient for source, but well worth it's value ♥️

Organic rose hips is one botanical that is infused in our newest face cream, RESTORE.
