To close out our Month of Volunteering, employees at our Audubon, PA site assembled 250 science kits for the Eclose Institute to support scientific education opportunities for children at local in need schools using citizen science.

The mission of the eClose Institute is to encourage hands-on science education and to give students equal opportunities to be exposed to real-life research experience at a young age, regardless of resources.

Note in the Pocket is a children’s clothing outreach organization whose mission is to engage community involvement and provide quality clothing to impoverished and homeless children with dignity and love.

Throughout June, our US employees are coming together to show our collective commitment to by volunteering for fantastic non-profits that give back to the local communities around us.

First up, we’re sharing photos from Almac’s “Day at the Farm” in PA supporting Garden of Health Food Bank.

Garden of Health is a local non-profit that provides thousands of pounds of fresh produce to food insecure families in Montgomery and Bucks counties, all planted and harvested using eco-friendly farming techniques by volunteers on their local "Hatfield Farm." Thank you to all of our employees who generously gave up their time to support this cause.

We recently welcomed 152 children to our Souderton and Durham facilities for ‘Take Your Kids to Work Day.' They were given a valuable insight into our work through a variety of workshops, hands-on activities, and experience of our operations.
