Let's set the record straight. People who struggle with Anxiety, OCD, PTSD and Depression (as well as other mental health conditions) are incredibly brave to tolerate all of this.
And while there are options to help treat and diagnose, check that you’re exploring all options. Make sure you're not just limiting yourself to a toxic environment. Our bodies are literally made to warn us and to keep us safe.
