***NOTE. In our practice, we designate what we call “floating therapists” and “residential therapists.” Our floating therapists utilize whichever office has availability and work their schedules around open days/times. Our residential therapists have their own offices that we furnish with a couch, chair, side tables, lamps, and a rug that they can decorate how they want and block off whatever days and times they wish to be in there. LaTasia Sargent is one of our amazing therapists at Revive! LaTasia is a licensed social worker and advocate. She focuses on individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults as well as offering couples counseling to help with everyday stress, trauma, mood disorders, and emotion management.

We couldn't be more grateful to have Electra Frye as a part of our team here at Revive Counseling and Wellness. Electra is a Master Reiki Energy Therapist and is also head of the Zen Den 🫶 located in the "311" building!

Reiki is a non-invasive energy therapy that promotes healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It’s a very effective way to reduce stress and calm the mind by creating a state of deep relaxation and peace and has been shown to aid in healing from chronic diseases and mental health disorders. Our founders, April and Kristine! They started Revive because they wanted to create a safe, welcoming, inclusive place of healing.

They included “wellness” in our name because they envisioned a space where people’s needs would be addressed on a holistic level – mind, body, and spirit. Where therapists would have the freedom to bring their own creative touch and personality to their work. And where therapy would expand beyond the therapy room to the massage table and yoga mat.

At Revive we believe in the power of sitting with someone and having your experiences lovingly held and witnessed and we also believe in the power of bilateral processing, embodiment, and intuitive-based practices (among many more, of course). Kristine is a licensed marriage and family therapist with expertise in women’s issues, family systems, attachment, EMDR and trauma, religious trauma, divorce, and self-worth and trust. Kristine specializes in working with women and primarily focuses on individuals in the areas of divorce, trauma, religious trauma and deconstruction, attachment, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and parenting. Kristine is licensed in Indiana, Michigan, and Arizona and offers both in-person and virtual sessions.

We are thrilled to have Karen Esparanza on our team. She has a wealth of knowledge from her 20 years of experience. Karen is bilingual in English and Spanish and welcomes all ages, especially children, teens and families, all genders, abilities, backgrounds, and beliefs. Karen is trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and ACT.
