Regarding Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), we realize that your life has drastically changed over the past week. Please know that we understand the emotional turmoil that you are feeling. Having to deal with the loss of a loved one during this time adds to that exponentially.
Despite the Coronavirus, our staff will continue to offer the same level of care to which you have become accustomed. Our main objective is to ensure that we take every precaution necessary to minimize the risk of cross contamination of the Coronavirus. We will, whenever possible, perform the services that you request for your loved one; however, there could be circumstances that are out of our control which will hinder some requests. We are already experiencing rescheduling and cancellation issues with cemeteries, churches, caterers, etc. If you are planning to attend a service that has previously been scheduled please call to confirm that it has not been cancelled or rescheduled. We will handle all issues presented to us as this situation unfolds.
We will do our utmost to limit exposure to this virus by following the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local and state governments. For that reason, we are asking everyone to please call the funeral home prior to coming to our office. We will do our best to schedule time between appointments to accommodate social distancing.
No one is immune to what is happening in our nation. Please stay safe, we will all get through this pandemic together.
