RehabVisions’ caring staff is committed to providing the best possible rehabilitation therapy care for our patients.

We provide a full range of outpatient therapy services across all ages. Physical therapy and sports medicine clinic located in South Bend, Washington. Our physical therapists can help you with sports injuries, orthopedic issues, weakness, balance, pain, neuro disorders and other injuries and conditions to restore maximum movement and functional ability.

This month, we’re celebrating all physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who make movement possible every day -- especially the ones right here at RehabVisions! 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱, 𝗟𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮.

𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸:
* Choose a backpack with wide, padded straps.
* Adjust it so the bottom sits at your waist, not below.
* Pack heavier items closest to your back.
* Keep the load light—aim for less than 10–15% of your body weight.
* Use both straps to balance the weight evenly.
