Congratulations Rene Reinaldo Albear, Therapy Aide, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Since joining the team over a year ago, Rene has exemplified the ASC Care Values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Originally from Cuba, Rene brings more than a decade of healthcare experience. Raised by a humble family, he chose to pursue medicine, an endeavor that opened the door to travel, cultural learning, and ultimately led him to the United States after a political disagreement with his home government.

Rene is known for his calming presence, reliability, and strong dedication to caring for his residents. His passion for helping others, cultivated over years of service, is evident in every interaction he has with residents and coworkers. A fellow team member shared, “Rene’s kindness is unmatched. He treats every resident and staff member with respect and goes out of his way to help - no matter how busy he is.” Rene’s genuine compassion builds strong relationships and his dependability reflects true accountability in his commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Rene enjoys spending time with his wife, studying, reading, watching films, and caring for his cat. His favorite quote, “The truth will set you free,” speaks to the integrity with which he lives and works. Rene’s story is one of resilience and dedication, and we are proud to celebrate his continued commitment to excellence at ASC.

A Happy Halloween to all from the Trailpoint Village team! Our staff orchestrated a spine-tingling haunted trail within the dining room, providing our residents and colleagues with some frightfully delightful entertainment. The echoes of genuine, bone-chilling terror resonated throughout the hall, much to everyone's enjoyment. We eagerly anticipate amplifying the screams and thrills for next Halloween's festivities!
