Congratulations Sabrina Love, Wellness Assistant, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Sabrina Love, Therapy Aide at Cardinal Nursing and Rehab, has dedicated an incredible 30 years to senior care, making her one of the most experienced and trusted team members in our community. Starting her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Sabrina spent 27 years providing hands-on care before stepping into a new role as a Therapy Aide three years ago. Her inspiration comes from a deep-rooted desire to help others, especially those who can’t always help themselves. This passion drives her commitment to improving the quality of life for every resident she serves.
Sabrina was nominated for the Quest Award because of the vital role she has played in shaping our community. She is dependable, knowledgeable, and always approachable, traits that make her a go-to resource for both staff and residents. Coworkers consistently praise her teamwork and positive energy, while residents often share that their sessions with Sabrina are the highlight of their day. Her ability to balance clinical skill with heartfelt connection sets her apart from the crowd.
