Looking for a silly treat? These apple bites are an easy snack that is fun to make!

Shopping list: Apples, Peanut butter (or any nut butter), Almond slices

Recipe:
1. Cut apples into slices
2. Spread peanut butter (or nut butter) on apple slices
3. Add almond slivers to apples pointing up to make "teeth"
4. Place apple pieces on top of slices with the "teeth" to make a silly grin.

Baby teeth are important for chewing and speaking, and also help guide permanent teeth into their correct placement. Your child's first visit with Dr. O'Neil (and our experienced team) is designed to be a positive, anxiety-free experience that allows them to grow up unafraid of the dentist.
