As some of you may know, I am not teaching beach yoga this year!! But Monica at ECE yoga is teaching Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 730 am!! She is truly wonderful and I know you will very much enjoy her classes!!
Murray is also teaching this year through Custom Fit 360. So you can see his schedule at their website.
Yoga is for Every Body so no matter your experience, just show up, breathe, move your body whatever way works best for you and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!!

South Bethany Beach Yoga officially begins Friday May 27 at 8am South 3rd Street!! It will be everyday throughout the summer. Join Deborah Delaney Finger (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and Murray Oltman (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) on the beach! Stay tuned for potential pop up weekend classes as weather permits.
