Pumpkins carved (cooking the seeds later!), cookies made and being decorated little by little, outside decorated! (Yay target!)

For parents who are not huge fans of artificial dyes and/or have gone gluten free like me, please see cookie and icing recipe I used below, as well as a link to some food coloring I used to mix into the icing instead of buying the ones with bad stuff like red 40.
