Join us in welcoming Katie Craig to The EDGE PT team! Katie has joined our administrative team as a billing specialist. She is originally from Whitefish, Montana. She brings a strong sense of compassion and dedication to her work in healthcare administration. She has a genuine interest in working with insurance and understands how overwhelming and complicated it can feel for patients navigating their coverage. Her goal is to help simplify that process and provide clarity, so patients can feel confident and supported every step of the way. She is passionate about easing the stress that often comes with financial concerns, because she believe no one should have to worry about insurance or costs when they should be focusing on their health and well-being. In her free time, you can usually find her outdoors with her dogs, fishing or hiking, which helps her stay grounded and connected to what matters most!
