Even during the ski season, maintaining strength in key movement patterns can help improve control, reduce quad fatigue, and support knee load tolerance. These exercises target the demands most associated with skiing: frontal plane stability, eccentric control and fatigue resilience. Give these exercises a try to build strength and control for your next day on the mountain!

This just in! Vasta PT now has force plates!

Why Use Force Plates? Force plates allow us to get precise, real-time data on how your body produces and absorbs force. This allows us to objectively measure asymmetries, imbalances, and power deficits we otherwise might not see with the naked eye.

From ACL surgery, overuse injuries, or trying to return to peak performance, these force plates will help us to individualize your care and provide targeted treatments and progressions.

Progress should be measurable - not guesswork! These force plates are now another tool in our toolbox for bridging the gap between rehab and performance in an objective way.
