I am a father, former Army Medic, a personal trainer and a lifetime gym addict. I train now for powerlifting but have also trained for bodybuilding, strongman(odd lifts) and highland games. I have a cert for instructing Yoga and incorporate it into my training as well. My goal is to have clients that are not afraid to try new things and that will always be truthful to me so that I can give them everything they will need to exceed all of their expectations!

Liam is 11 years old, had to lift as a "guest" lifter because 13 is age to compete, but to say he's ready for the platform already is an understatement! Not only did he bring intensity and focus to his lifts he was a very loud voice for everyone who was there. THAT MEANS SOOO MUCH TO AN OLD LIFTER LIKE ME!! To see the next generation have fire and passion means this sport I love will continue in GOOD hands!!
