This week, our Residential Treatment Program held their annual solstice party. We had fun visitors including Santa, volunteers from the Burlington Moose Lodge, and the SD Ireland Companies holiday mixer. Thanks to everyone who made it a great night!

At the heart of the Kids-A-Part Parenting Program is a simple but powerful belief: children deserve stability, connection, and support. Lund seeks a Community Case Manager who will play a key role in making this belief a reality. This role works directly with children of incarcerated parents and their caregivers, helping families find the resources they need to thrive.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position within the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, Vermont, and the surrounding community. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25/hr.

Em is a teenager who promised herself she would never be adopted after a failed adoption had her placed back in foster care. But things turned a corner when she was referred to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program at Lund and met her recruiter, Macie. Macie and Em’s foster-turned-adoptive mom, Marissa, helped her open her heart to a family.

Lund is seeking someone who believes deeply in inclusive education, understands the power of trauma-informed practice, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment to join our team as an Individual Assistant in the Early Childhood Education Program. Lund’s Early Childhood Education Program is 5-STAR rated, serving children ages six weeks through Pre-K. The Individual Assistant will be a key part of creating an environment where a child with special needs can fully participate and thrive—while also contributing to a caring, trauma-informed classroom for all children.

This position is a full-time, benefits eligible, and in-person at our South Burlington location. This is a temporary, grant-funded position through August 19, 2026 and the pay rate is $24/hr with an expected schedule of 38 hours/week.
