That’s where EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or tapping, can help. It’s a simple mind-body tool that uses gentle tapping on acupressure points to send a calming signal back to the brain. Think of it as reminding your nervous system, “You’re okay — you can stand down now.”

I’ve been amazed how just a few minutes of tapping can shift everything from a tight chest to racing thoughts.
