Trinity Pharmacy is experiencing a power outage that is out of our control. Our pharmacy is currently closed at this time. Due to unforeseen circumstances due to a network software upgrade, our shipping integration with UPS was disabled for the majority of Monday December 1st. This unfortunately led to shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. The integration and communication has been restored as of today, December 2nd . All patients scheduled to receive shipments today or tomorrow should arrive tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to a scheduled power outage by AEP, we will not have power from 8AM to 2PM on Thursday, September 11th. Our systems and phones will be down during this time. We are adapting our workflow to accommodate this situation so that no patient is without medication. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is out of our control. Thank you for your patience. Do you have unwanted or expired medications at home? If so, mark your calendars!
National Drug Take Back Day is April 27th. Our local Charleston Police Department participates in the spring and fall.
Information from CPD website states
"For your convenience we also have a permanent drug box located in our Records Division at 501 Virginia Street East Charleston, WV for disposal of your unwanted or unused prescription medications. Thank you for being responsible."
(Please note- Unfortunately Trinity Pharmacy is not able to take these medications back on site. Please use other resources provided)
