Mother nature is getting the best of us. Plans didn't go as expected as we have several team members not able to make it in. (Many do not live in close proximity to the pharmacy). We also have updates that UPS will not be able to make it for deliveries in rural areas. Please be patient with us as we navigate the ice that has been left behind. We are an Alternate Site Pharmacy providing Medication Management, Home Infusion, and Sterile & Non-Sterile Compounding services to patients across West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. We specialize in serving chronically ill patients and those with complex, specialized needs—and we’re proud of the care we deliver every day ❤️

🩺 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Intake and onboarding of new patients
✔️ Data entry and record maintenance
✔️ Patient follow-up and care coordination
✔️ Communication with referral sources
✔️ Work closely with our Pharmacy Team

📞 Communication happens via phone, text, email, Microsoft Teams, and fax
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Certified Pharmacy Technician (required)
🔹 Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
🔹 Professional phone etiquette ☎️
🔹 Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Office, Teams 💻)
🔹 Ability to learn multiple software systems
💡 Pioneer software experience preferred, not required
🔹 Critical thinker, self-motivated, strong work ethic- a must! 💪
