As the nights get darker and we head into winter in West Virginia, this feels like a reminder many of us need.

You matter.

2. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour window due to weather, school cancellations, etc. the cancellation fee is waived. Please communicate with your therapist directly.
3. We humbly ask that you have grace with us as well because we are human and sometimes might have to cancel last minute too ❤️

Winter in West Virginia has its own rhythm ☕️ quieter, slower, a little more still.
If you feel yourself matching the pace of the season, that’s not something to fight…lean into it, go with it.

Rest more. Move slower. Take things one moment at a time. (We know it’s easier said than done!)

If stepping into old spaces or family dynamics stirs something in you, you’re not alone.

The weather in Charleston has been pretty UGH this week. Grey, cold, and not exactly uplifting! Going into winter can be hard on all of us, and if you’re feeling it, you’re not alone. You’re doing better than you think.
