We are in need of dependable individuals that have a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license and are interested in working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities!

Shifts available:
Full time 2nd shift 3p-11p
Full time 3rd shift 11p-9a

Weekend warriors:
1st shift: 7a-3p
2nd shift: 3p-11p
1st/2nd: 7a-7p
2nd/3rd: 7p-7a

$13/hr for non-med certified DSPs
$14/hr for med certified DSPs

We are currently looking for dependable applicants who enjoy working with/are interested in working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to join our team at our South Vienna location!

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services by empowering and supporting the individuals we serve every day! Vienna Meadows is an Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled. We provide residential services to 20 individuals with intellectual disabilities on a broad spectrum of independence levels. We have three beautiful cottages located in a country setting, but conveniently located just 15 minutes east of Springfield, Ohio. We are currently looking for applicants for our Direct Support Professional position!

A DSP is responsible for providing personal care when needed, assisting our residents with their activities of daily living depending on their independence level, and allowing them to develop to their full human potential. This position also requires occasional behavioral intervention, based on the individual's needs and assistance within the community for outings/shopping and appointments. Medication Administration will be required by those staff who are certified per DODD regulations.

Experience is preferred, but not required. Upon hire, all new employees will be provided training essential to position requirements.

Shifts available:

1st shift: weekend help needed Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p

2nd shift: fulltime or part time including every other weekend 3p-11p

3rd shift: part time 11p-9a
