❗️Case of the week❗️"Two piece Friday" Patient came in with serious pain on teeth #19 and #20 due to decay approximating the pulp/nerve. The crown on tooth #19 was removed during treatment in order to remove the recurrent decay in its entirety. Patient left in an hour happy and solved two problems at one time in one visit with one set of shots!
