HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🦃 Today our hearts are full. We’re incredibly thankful for our CKF Fit Fam community.

🔥Special shoutout to the 56 members who showed up bright and early for our Turkey Burn Workout! You kicked off the holiday with strength, sweat and so much energy. 💪

We are also beyond grateful for how much our staff has grown, we’re honored to work alongside coaches who bring a vast amount of knowledge, passion, and love for helping others. Thank you Cindy, Adrian, Omar & Stephanie 🫶🏽

As we approach 5 years of serving South Elgin, we’re humbled by the trust so many of you have placed in us with your fitness journey. FriendsGiving 2025 🦃 this past weekend we enjoyed getting together with our Fit Fam (not in gym clothes 😄) for our annual Thanksgiving potluck & MAXBURN Awards.

It’s moments like these that remind us how special this community truly is. 🫶

Paul joined the MAXBURN program and committed fully to our 💪 “Performance-focused” nutrition plan, dialing in on the fuel he needed to build muscle and perform at his best. His consistency paid off and he delivered some strong results in the challenge. His in-club team challenges stood out as some of the best in the MAXBURN.

Lori entered this challenge determined to make 2025 her strongest year yet and she absolutely delivered. Through the MAXBURN program, she stayed dialed in on her nutrition and has closed out the year nearly 20 pounds down.

Bryan spent this year dialing in his nutrition to compete in all three DEKA Events, HYROX Chicago Men’s Pro and was part of the CKF South Elgin team that won the CKF Games.

The MAXBURN program helped him to become leaner, stronger, and more efficient in his cardio conditioning. Each week he pushed himself in the weekly Team Challenges and usually placing as the fastest 💪

I am proud to see Bryan improve himself as an athlete to compete in fitness competitions and prioritize a healthy lifestyle for his family.

Morgan won a raffle spot for our MAXBURN program and she didn’t waste a second of it. From day one, she committed to pushing herself and seeing just how far she could go in 8 weeks. She picked things up fast, stayed locked in on the program, and her consistency delivered insane results.
