Find ways to slow down and breathe, like stopping for a moment before getting out if the car or setting your fork down between bites.

Also consider farming some of your work out to others: your kids, spouse, coworkers, paid workers, etc., to reduce your load.

If you're resisting my suggestions it may be a sign of holding on too the reins too tightly.

We all need the space to breathe. Even you.
