Give your stuff to someone else so you don't really feel like you're getting rid of stuff.

But people don't always want your old stuff!!

โžก๏ธ If you're on the receiving end and want to say No, do it. It's better than feeling stuck with something you can't get rid of yourself for fear of what the other person will think when they come over and their hand-me-down is gone.

Just say no. It's the honest thing to do.
