We all have Forward Head Posture

It’s just a matter of degree.Back pain, neck pain, joint pain, jaw pain, knee/hip/foot pain, limited range of motion, all stem from poor posture as a result of forward head posture and a weak core. “Tech neck”, “iHunch”, “iNeck” all refer to the forward slant of the head and neck, also known as Forward Head Posture.
