Often times people talk about healthy foods but what about healthy choices?

Healthy Choices often are the seeds that we sow that define the outcome ( fruit ) of our reality !

But like any good farmer one must consider the cost of planting such seed!

🍉Is the soil( is the current moment, people & environment ) right ?

🍓 is this the correct season ? ( will I be making this decision at the right time)

🥑 does one have the right plant to companion plant with the seed your planting ( do you have the right people around you to give counsel on such a decision)

🌱last but not least do you have the right mindset and vision to plant such a seed? ( have you considered the present and future of affects this decision will have and who it will have It on)

One’s current situation will tell you all that you need to know of the choices they have made..

The Power of Okra Water 🌱

The origins of the use of okra water isn’t new. It traces back to traditional healing systems across Africa, the Caribbean, and parts of South Asia( shemetic tribes).

The origins of the okra begin in Africa—most likely in the region that includes present-day Ethiopia and Sudan. It has been grown there for thousands of years, thriving in warm climates and sandy soils. Known by different names across cultures—like gumbo in the southern U.S. or South Asia. It said that the ancient Egyptians were originator of cultivating okra.

Okra is one of those plants I believe everyone should grow especially for its benefits.

Here are the benefits of okra water:

To not forgive is a choice….
To commit unnecessary acts of violence is a choice..
Being overweight is a choice….
Not loving thyself is a choice…..
Having bad eating habits is a choice….
To be a coward is a choice

But you know what else is a choice ?!

•To say no I will not invest anymore into toxic relationships
•To say I will make the ‼️CONSCIOUS‼️ choice of choosing food that is conducive to the growth and development of myself
•To make the choice of no matter what or who traumatize me I will not allow the past traumatic trauma to affect my love towards humanity
•To make the choice to forgive because reality most truly don’t understand or know not what they do because childhood environmental influences taught them differently
•To make the choice to no longer have survivors guilt because you have holistically and consciously elevated to a level that now people can’t seem to hold you to that old image of who use to be…

You see we have a creator that gave us his likeness and image to be able to shift environments that’s internal and external based upon our choices! The power of death or life was the choice of the tongue. See when we take accountability for the choices that we make whether they be good bad or indifferent when we come to that revelation is when we gain a little bit more of our power back because it is that thought pattern that you know nothing is left up to chance or coincidence everything and all things are divinely based upon the destiny of our path and the choices of our decision..

Time to take back your power of making conscious choices and I guarantee based upon your choice made consciously you will start to consciously change your environment…
