Three years. 🖤✨

It’s hard to put into words what these last 3 years in Nash have meant to me. From the very first day I opened the doors of Inner Wellness inside of Nash Beauty Bar, this space has been nothing short of a blessing.

To every client who has trusted me with their body, energy, stories, healing, and rest — thank you. You are the reason this space exists. You’ve allowed me to do the work I love, in the way I was called to do it, and I don’t take that lightly for a single second.

And the women I am surrounded by… wow. Strong, supportive, inspiring, creative, heart-led women who cheer each other on and hold space for growth — I am endlessly grateful for you. This community is powerful, and being part of it has been such an honor.

From day one, this journey has felt aligned, supported, and guided. What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. Every session, every conversation, every connection has shaped Inner Wellness into what it is today.

As a mom of 2 and a business owner massage is crucial to my routine to keep me going. Before a massage I’m usually overworked, overwhelmed, mentally fried, carrying stress in my shoulders and jaw, running on caffeine and barely sleeping.
Insomnia. Tight hips. Headaches. That constant “on edge” feeling like my body forgot how to relax.
Then I get on the table.

After a massage?
✨ My nervous system finally exhales
✨ My muscles stop gripping for dear life
✨ I sleep deeper (and stay asleep)
✨ My mind feels quieter, clearer, lighter
✨ My body feels like it’s actually mine again

For me, consistency is everything. Massage isn’t a “once in a while treat” — it’s maintenance. Just like exercise, hydration, or mental health care. When I go regularly, my body doesn’t get the chance to spiral into burnout mode.

I personally go every 3 weeks, and my absolute favorite is a therapeutic CBD massage. The pain relief, inflammation reduction, and deep relaxation it gives is unmatched. It melts tension on a level I didn’t even realize I was holding.
