Hello everyone! I want to give you all a heads up on receiving gift certificates from our establishment.
First, we will not refund gift certificate money to a person who received a certificate. We will ONLY refund money to the purchaser and only if they have the gift card in hand to return.

Second, our gift certificates are provider specific. Meaning, if you purchase a gift card from Erin Kester, that certificate must be used with Erin. Same goes for certificates purchased from Bobbie J. Shultz , they must be used with Bobbie. There have been a few times where I have provided one of my own gift certificates in the event that Erin was not available and I always right on the top of my certificates "Must Book With Erin" or "Must Book With Bobbie". It is very important that you stick to this as we collect our own funds but share the booking link.

Third, we do not have a receptionist to handle gift certificate purchases while we are in a room with a client. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please send a text directly to the provider whom you plan to buy from so we can arrange a time for you to stop by and get your certificate.
