PMD AWAKENING ๐ฅ
๐ฌ Looking back at my diet over the past decade, in the beginning I had it all wrong. I used to work a manual labor job, feed myself fast food and go long periods through out the day without eating (which I heavily praised myself for). I wanted lean muscle, I was putting the work in the gym and at my job, but wasnโt seeing any results. I was just โskinny fatโ. Once I stopped making excuses, stopped stupid cleanses and fad diets that NEVER worked, and made proper nutrition a priority, I slowly started building muscle and my physique has morphed into something I once told myself Iโd never be able to obtain ๐ช
