(It's normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared, or angry. Talking to people you trust can help. Maintain a healthy lifestyle as best as you can with proper diet, adequate sleep, and social interaction with loved ones at home or online. Seek professional help for academic or mental health needs and to learn tips to work smarter not harder. Limit the time you and your family spend watching or listening to media coverage of news that you find upsetting. Get physical in whatever capacity that means for your body! Physical activity promotes the creation of new brain cells and can improve general brain performance. Take a break! Whether you need a power nap to recharge before hitting the books again or a break from social media. Write down a schedule. Prioritize your assignments by most important, most time-consuming, or due the soonest and work through them one at a time. If you get stuck beginning, move to something that you're more likely to engage with. Read out your favorite positive affirmations. Think of what you would say to a friend if they were in your situation. Be kind to yourself and remember that you are stronger than this challenge.)
