✨ Celebrating 5 Years of Healing, Growth & Community ✨

Five years ago, we opened our doors as a single outpatient therapy practice with “small” dreams of helping others and doing something we love.

Today, we are proud—and humbled—to celebrate 5 years of service. In these five years, we’ve expanded to two additional outpatient locations, plus another South Hill location dedicated to groups.

None of this would be possible without the incredible people who make up our team. We are grateful for our highly trained therapists from diverse backgrounds, who bring compassion, skill, and lived experience into every session. We are also proud to support the next generation of clinicians by welcoming master’s-level and bachelor’s-level interns, offering learning opportunities that aren’t always available in our community. Investing in education is investing in the future of care.

Behind the scenes, our staff—like so many—have faced personal and private struggles of their own. Yet, day after day, they continue to show up with empathy, professionalism, and heart for our clients. That dedication does not go unnoticed.

To our clients and community: thank you for trusting us. You showed courage by making that difficult call, by walking through our doors, and by doing the hard work. We see your effort, your resilience, and your growth—and we are honored to be part of your journey.
