Are you a people pleaser?

You don't have to be! In my experience, people pleasing means taking on all their mess, making excuses for them, enabling them, and discouraging them from their own growth.

Here is the thing: you have to set boundaries, allow them to learn and grow. It is important to realize that no is a full sentence. People pleasing keeps you in a position of subservience and not empowerment.

I have made the unfortunate decision of closing down this business. I will be opening up a new one under a new name. It is with a heavy heart that I have made this decision but it is time for me to let go and start fresh in my new state and under the new name. I will place the link to the new page once I start it.
