Today is International Women's Day and this March, we are celebrating a powerful intersection: Social Work Month and Women’s History Month. At Alderson Family Connection, we are so proud to be a woman-led organization dedicated to healing and helping our community. Social work has always been driven by the compassion, grit, and leadership of women who refuse to stay quiet when families need an advocate. To all the women in South Holland who are raising families, leading businesses, and supporting their neighbors, we see you and we honor you.
