🧫 Did You Know?
Recent research reveals that not just antibiotics—but several other common prescription medications—can disrupt your gut microbiome, which plays a vital role in your overall health.

A healthy gut supports digestion, immunity, and even mood regulation. Long-term medication use can sometimes cause lasting changes, so always talk to your healthcare provider about ways to protect your gut health. 🩺

🚑 Cuts, Scrapes, or Burns? Know When to See a Doctor! 🩹🔥

Minor cuts, scrapes, and burns can often be treated at home — but if the wound is deep, won’t stop bleeding, shows signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus), or if a burn covers a large area or looks severe, it’s time to see a healthcare provider. Don’t wait — prompt care can prevent complications and speed healing!
